I agree. The plan is to uninstall Java and Tomcat, then reinstall both in the new versions. We aren't upgrading Midtier, so a reinstall right over the top should suffice to bring it all back into sync, after saving off custom jsp files of course. If that doesn't work, I can always drop Midtier

Check on the fields meta table if there is already a entry with that number for that form that may have somehow got there - magically.. I don't expect that, as I think if it had you would have got a unique index violated type of an error as I think there is an internal constraint on that form
