Tauf, Out of 3949 articles only 2382 got imported successfully but some of the articles that got imported successfully failed to import the attachments. I was thinking if we could delete all the articles and re try the tool again These are the errors I see when I try to re import

You shouldn't have to delete the articles. The conversion tool will overwrite/add to the existing entry within AR. There is a field on the article manager form which holds the DOC ID from the previous version. To troubleshoot this issue yourself, you will need to go into the RKM settings and start

Hello list, We have successfully upgraded our custom ARS 7.5 patch 6 environment to 7.6.4 SP2. In our dev/qa environments we tested new reporting feature and were able to run and create new reports. Today we upgraded our production environment and we are getting an ARERR 3600 when trying to
