Hello ARSList,
I´m realy new at administering AR System Server 7.6.04 and
ITSM and i hope you can help a bloody beginner ;-)
Actually I had to increase the size for attachments which will be attached
to outgoing emails from 2 MB up to 50 MB.
i actually kept a few twinkies from this years RUG and brought them back to
Ireland... i will have to stash them away for next time.. assuming the kids
did not find them and think they were edible!

I think we have a photo of Misi's reaction to eating one a few years ago,
we made the mistake of calling Twinkies a pastry product not a chemical mix.
Apparently it is only the US that will become Twinkie-less, the company that
produces them here in Canada

If we are still doing the conference I am planning on Toronto for 2017

By then we may have a train link to the airport and a decent hotel to hold
it in.
2013 is of course either San Jose or Houston, hope you all got your votes

Hi All,
In the AR System Mailbox Configuration form is there a way to configure MBOX

done would the path be something like

Have the server administrators set up a remote mount on your Linux server to
the Sun server. That way it will still look like it is local to ARS. I have
used remote mounts when I needed to mv files for an app instead of using ftp

Fred,
That is a really interesting idea. Would that work with a server group? Both

Yes ... only 1 ARS server will be using the mount at a time so there is no
issue anyway. We were using it from 2 ARS servers to 1 remote server with no
problems

Are there any license analysis utilities that one can run locally (perhaps on
one's PC) against an AR System user log?
We only need basic fixed/floating analysis - we don't run any BMC licensed
applications.
I'm aware of the fine reputation of rrr and perhaps others, but I'm thinking my
RRR has a version that you can run locally.
I also wrote my own processes that saves data to custom forms. I have a perl
script that performs the analysis of that data.

The free RRR version is online. You purchase you can run locally.
Since it's tied to custom form it may not be that useful to you. It's two

I need your help. In our previous ARS 7.1/ITSM 7.0.03, I had an escalation that

Hi Marcelo,
I think you will find that 112 is not the only dynamic access group used in
ITSM. From memory field 1 is also set to allow members of group 60900 to
view data. This group is for the vendor support group.
Check the permissions on 1 to confirm.
