Are there any license analysis utilities that one can run locally (perhaps on one's PC) against an AR System user log?
We only need basic fixed/floating analysis - we don't run any BMC licensed applications. I'm aware of the fine reputation of rrr and perhaps others, but I'm thinking my organization will want something where I'm not sending logs to a 3rd party.
