If I have understood you correctly, keystore is what you need.
It's a Java utility and comes with the installation of the SDK.

SSO Plugin provides a session start/end record for all SSO and non-SSO
(through the JSS-replaced-BMC login page) users. So Misi may choose to

I use the BIRT developer tool to create a new Remedy based report. I use my
credentials and server name to build the report. Before I add the report to
Report form I remove my userid and password but then when I run the report it
fails. If I add back my user name and password the report works. I

Along the lines of what Misi shared, the only way to get accurate
information is to look at the user logs. There are no hooks to see when a
session ended. Polling for the data has the fault that you will have
inaccurate information about when a session ended/license released. With
