I also found a note related and supporting what you said (that this setting is
supported now with Oracle DB too) while referring Pg.361, Config Guide, ARS
v7.6.04
Joe, I found that the scenario you explained here is not working in any version
of 'archgid' utility. Which means it is a total miss-out.
Please create a support ticket for the same and BMC will fix it for you.

Case-sensitivity (or CASE-sensitivity OR Case-SeNsItIvItY) is a topic of much
discussion over the years and there are many different topics over time.
Since 1991, Sybase has supported case-sensitivity at the DB level
Since its initial release, MS SQL has supported case-sensitivity at the DB level
I asked a similar question on BMC communities.
No one knows is the conclusion I came to.

that but its difficult for me to understand, as may be, I have not actually
worked with Overlays (not in v7.6.04 as well).

I am seeing the same behavior for devstudio upgrade.
The upgrade installer could not the path where the devstudio is installed
on my PC and erred No features are selected to Install.
Do not know how to tell the installer where to find devstudio location.
Went ahead with file replace.
