Service Impact Manager even exists anymore. The document also doesn't
specify how it would integrate with SLM.

I am looking to see if anyone has done something like this before and what
method they may have used.
I have a Remedy character field that contains a large amount of HTML text.
I want to create a text file that contains the contents of that character
field, name it RequestID.html,
I am going to install it on a test server here to try to save our Remedy
implementation. Hopefully they will like it and appreciate that it is already
paid for rather than shelling out big $ on SNOW.
