You can check the Long Group Name field in the Group form as this will be
populated with the three Support Group tiers separated by a ">".
You may also need to check the CTM:SYS-Access Permission Grps form. You can
search by Support Group ID.

Change your job just to process the creates in the first instance (using the db
value which differentiates the creates from the updates, adding this to the
query of the job)
