Hello LJ, You are right. we do have custom SSO solution.But we do the necessary changes in below 2 files to enable custom SSO: 1) AREASSO.dll 2) AREASSO.cfg. But after installation of new version i did not find these files so thought of asking here whether we miss anything. Reagrds, Amit B

Amit, You can potentially still use the c based sso solution, but it'll be manually configured, and as you move forward with Remedy versions, it'll become more difficultRemedy is really moving away from C to Javaso, if it's truly a custom internal solution, you should be able to interface

Amit, It sounds like you're looking for the Atrium SSO files that have been deprecated in 9.x. Download and install the Remedy SSO software from the EPD site. That's the replacement solution and it's very easy to setup and configure. Hope that helps, Michael > On Jun 1, 2017, at 12:56 AM,
