Hello LJ, You are right. we do have custom SSO solution.But we do the necessary changes in below 2 files to enable custom SSO: 1) AREASSO.dll 2) AREASSO.cfg. But after installation of new version i did not find these files so thought of asking here whether we miss anything. Reagrds, Amit B

Amit, You can potentially still use the c based sso solution, but it'll be manually configured, and as you move forward with Remedy versions, it'll become more difficultRemedy is really moving away from C to Javaso, if it's truly a custom internal solution, you should be able to interface
