Kevin, If you check the HPD:HelpDesk form and find the Incident Number field, if you check the DB properties, there should be a value of 'ARticleId', or something similar in the MSF Category field (I think that's it's name)either way, having that value in there should populate it as the first

8.1.02 Oracle Solaris Just finished a full reindex When I query for a full incident number in the Global Search field from the any console, i.e.Overview Console, sometimes it find a match and other times it does not. For example, INC002000102345 returns a match and INC002000102346 does not.
