Yes there is a form called AR System Email Messages form. Look for the
field 'Send Message'. It is on the 'Message Information' tab, you have
to set 'Display Advanced Options' = Yes to see that tab. It sets that

My DBAs usually prefer to generate the ARAdmin ID and ARSystem
tablespace in the database before I install Remedy, rather than letting
the install create them. You might see if your DBA is willing to do the

Agreed, I do that here often as well, on a Solaris server and Oracle 9
database. I know what you mean though, I used to get timeouts on a previous
job on a similar setup. Never could figure it out either, I just ended up
having to export in chunks.
