Greetings,
I know it's not ARS specific, but I thought I'd throw this one out there to see
what experiences people might have with Citrix NetScaler discovery via ADDM.
I've been playing around with ADDM trying to cobble together various
credentials from the server hoard, DBA knights, storage
and then upgrade production using the
ideas above And OF COURSE, make sure you have recent backups - just in
case.

All,
Anyone ever come up with an idea for in-place ARS upgrades/patching? Something
like using dual server groups so the system never has to go down during
maintenance? (if that's even possible) I'm trying to come up with a way to
decrease needed downtimes to handle the patch/upgrade load.

Mine is failing, too. Actually, it (finally) installed, but now I can't
connect to my plug-in server, which I've been working with Support on for over
a week.

Doug,
Are you upgrading from a 7.x or an 8.x?
Cheers,

Doug,
Are you upgrading from
My 8.1.02 Core patch in my Test Env. failed. I won't be able to give a good set

Doug,
I can't get you a full list but you can get a good idea if you use the
Developer tool.
If you drop down the Applications list on your server in the Dev Tool and
locate one of the ITSM modules you can 2 x click on it and get a list of the
forms, escalations, etc from that.
It's not 100%
All,
Got a fun one for you:
Using the ITSM Support Group form we've disabled group notifications on all our
support groups. (There's a reason but not worth going into here)
The problem with doing this is if I ever want to allow a group notification in
some small section of an ITSM

All,
In previous ARS patch install instructions it was recommended that you:
1. Shut down the non-admin servers
2. Remove the admin server from the server group
o If it's on a load balancer, remove it from the LB as well
3. Disable escalations
4. Patch the admin
All,
I know some of you are probably working in a business environmnet that requires
IE as the default browser. This article was sent my way and I thought I'd share
it with the rest of the ARList as it's most likely going to start affecting our
Remedy support if we can only use the latest and
I may not have been a part of this whiskey adventure last time, but I can
definitely make sure we have good Irish Whiskey representation. Are we making
this a thing?

Greetings,
Our group is beginning the testing of Knowledge Management (RKM). Of the many
things this entails is nailing down the FTS configuration. The most I've been
able to find in terms of configuring the FTS is the AR System Administration
FTS Configuration Form, but this still leaves me
