Are you using the silent install? I found that is easier to install
and you can put it to the background and monitor the progress tail-ing
the log files.

Anybody taken BMC Remedy AR System 7.5 Certification? I'll be taking the 2nd
course and won't need to take the 1st course.
This certification used to be called Remedy Skilled Profession certification
RSP.? It had 3 courses. but they changed the name and down to 2 courses.

Thanks you guys fo the info.? I was able to locate the "Instance Name" and
discovered that port 1433 was not good to use.? Had to use another port #.
