Printing Incident Records in 7.6.04

I’m sure I’m missing a ridiculously easy answer here, but… We just upgraded (everything) to 7.6.04 and gained the ability to print records from the consoles on the web. However, they’re printing at 8.5 x 14 inches. It looks like the screen preview is formatted for that size, too (judging by

Closed Tasks appearing in Overview Console

Hello, All. I need help… In the Overview Console, Completed Tasks are displayed, when we’d like to see only Open Tasks. I’ve set Overview Console Select Status Values Task All Open Tasks, and when I open the dialog, the value is set, but doesn’t have the desired effect until I reselect
