I read the archives and saw lots of issues with the 7.5 silent installer but
I did not see many success stories. Has anyone gotten it
to work with Linux? Rick cook mentioned that he couldn't find a log file - I
can't seem to either. I get to the point where it says ARSystem

can't seem to either. I get to the point where it says ARSystem
We currently are at 7.1 and using problem and incident. We want to
upgrade to 7.5. What patches should we then install that
would bring us to a reliable configuration? We're on a windows platform.

I just found the patch you need on the patch site. ITSM Atrium
Compatibility Patch 7000. YOu can find it under any of the ITSM
7.0.03 products.
This patch allows ITSM 7.0.03 patch 009 products to continue to run
once AR and Atrium are upgrade to version 7.5.00

exploration of what the upgrade path and interoperability capabilities are
between ITSM 7.5 (on ARS 7.5) and ITSM 7.01 on ARS 7.1. I wasn't able to find
any 7.5 white papers on upgrade paths or interoperability.
