I'm living your frustration. We have the similar setup. NO OOB/ITSM. Custom
environment since 1.0 roughly. Just ARSystem!

I share your frustration.
I have seen many times where a "windows install" goes seamlessly and the *nix install fails or gives errors for both applications and interfaces. Can't imagine what it would be like for AIX.
BTW, confirm that the ARSystem 8.1 SP1 Patch 001 was only a Mid

Been reading but have not posted anything in years.
After reading the "Content Missing" thread yesterday and my latest round with
support, I felt the need to vent a little and reach out to other AIX admins.
We upgraded from 7.5 to 8.1 in November. Was not overly difficult but after 6
