Enumeration off on CHG form

Hey everyone- We saw some really odd behavior on something yesterday. A CHG ticket was submitted and the number should have been CRQ00025868, however it went in as CRQ00025 (7 zeros). There is a separate CRQ0025 (10 zeros), which is a year old and unaffected. All
