Patrol is one system BIM / SIM is the same. Performance can be in a different flavor of application. Capcity management is another flavor of application. Portal is part of the BIM/SIM as well. Webbase output of the metrics MTTR etc of monitoring. So I see the following: BMC Impact Manager (BIM)
