How are you getting the data from AD into Remedy? I have an integration that
serves the same purpose and I use Escalations to make the updates on a
scheduled basis. As a result, each record triggers the filters in its own
action rather than in bulk. I'm processing about 4,000 records daily

Hi,
If you use an escalation instead, that triggers on these 1500 records,
each record will be treated as a single transaction. That way it can scale
indefinitely.
Another way is to do a Push-Fields from ACTL:s instead, if a user is
performing some kind of update. Each updated record will be
