There is guidline from BMC to increase AP:Role Member list field length.
You can get in tocuh with BMC Support for guidline.
Make sure, size has increased not more than 4000 Char beacuse that will
change datatype in case of oracle db and which may have huge impact at db
level.

In my experience, it's fairly common to increase the size of that field to
what you need. You would need to so the same in the AP:Signature form if
you ever want to do approvals.
