Dear friends, There is a requirement with one of our clients to change their login names. They were earlier using LDAP iPlanet email server for authentication and now they are moving to LDAP Active Directory. Please advice on what steps to take on changing all the login names in the system.

Drew, You have a wrong value in your Oracle settings somewhere. That is what error 550 means. Make sure, for Oracle, that everything is listed uppercase. If that doesn't do it, try connecting, from the AR Server, with the oracle client. This is what EIE is doing, if you can't connect directly
