Where would we get to see a list of ideas that are submitted? Would that be
an internal list for BMC to review or will that list be published for
feedback or ratings on ideas that are submitted?
Personally I feel the later is a better idea than having those ideas
filtered by BMC internally.

The order of the information is irrelevant, it all gets boiled down to
Boolean logic...it doesn't matter which order the things are in...the total
statement must evaluate to true to fire...so, as hard as it must be to
believe...if the AL is firing, that means that all of the conditions are
