Patrick, not dumb... great question. We are custom shop; using Remedy since i think version 3. That being said, since runmacro, we have been using it in automation between Remedy and TEC. Until now, we are upgrading TEC to Ominbus, therefore, replacing the runmacro with webservices rather

I also just noticed that I have a fast thread on RPC 390626 with 4 min and 8 max And there is a list thread RPC 390626 with 2 min 2max. Is this right? I checked my dev and it is similar except that the fast and list are the same numbers. Can there be a fast and list thread on the same RPC number
