are sent to the fast-queue. I have never seen this happen.

force runmacro, or any API-program not overriding

Have you had your thread logs turned on.
If yes then do you see lines as new thread has been started.
And those new threads total to the max number of threads you configured?
If yes then that tells that at some point of time your maxing out your
threads.

I also just noticed that I have a fast thread on RPC 390626 with 4 min
and 8 max
And there is a list thread RPC 390626 with 2 min 2max.
Is this right?
I checked my dev and it is similar except that the fast and list are
the same numbers.
