Hi,
On the properties tab of the table field, do you have 'Auto Fit
Columns' selected? If so, you could try unselecting this but you may
need to adjust the individual column size for each column in the table.

I did have that checked. I will uncheck it and test. I have tried adjusting
the column sizes individually.

If the users set the columns to the width they want, they can go into
properties and save the settings...if you have a preference server set it'll
save it there and they won't need to do it every time they log in.

I haven't noticed what you described to be a problem. I've had other problems
with table fields on the mid-tier if I use Firefox as a browser instead of IE
(but I'll leave that for another thread and another day), but the table sizes
are as defined in the admin tool and stays consistent
