Documentation Site.
They
are the ZIP'd text files with the same document number as the specifications
themself.

despite having no prior experience of ASN.1 I've been tasked with putting
the CAMEL Phase 3 ASN.1 files through the Nokalva compiler to produce a pair
of .cpp and .h files that I can link into some (pseudo) C++ code.

Since my initial post on this, I was brought to attention x.finf - fast info
set and the potential it may have compared to X.694 (thank you Steve Legg).
