Kamrupi speakers uses /sa/ as Sarthebari /sh/ as "bhaashaa" and /sh/ as Shiva. I right now got nothing to offer to Assamese. In his email Dilip Deka has suggested /sa/ for Assamese please go for it and this is how Kamrupi uses. There is a PDF link in my former email -- you want to look at download
