fixed in assp 2.5.4 build 16291:
- unexpected changes of 'useNetDNS' were logged
because Net::DNS is required to be installed, the setting of 'useNetDNS
is ignored

I mentioned this last week - when my system was downloading a TLDlist,
as soon as it started downloading, it stopped responding to anything,
and the system would not detect any available workers.
I noticed today that the same exact thing is happening when it tries to
download a new version of ASSP

I'm not sure what is going on. But it takes 102 seconds to download 700kB!
The system seems to be somehow overloaded.
