I wouldn't swear to it (chuckle) but each time I've spoken with the Verizon Telecommunications IVR, it sends me to an agent shortly after I start swearing at it. I've had better luck with that than saying things like agent, operator, and attendant. Other than that, it appears to be a rather nice

You write out a dialplan, then when you match a pattern in the dial plan, the Polycom will initiate the call immediately. This way you can have 4 digit internal extensions dial immediately, or have it wait for a long distance or international number. Ah... OK. Sounds like it's similiar to the
