What you can do is modify the source code for the voicemail application.
Edit line 3579 in /usr/src/asterisk/apps/app_voicemail.c. Change the file
'vm-password' to 'pls-enter-vm-password'.
Recompile and install.
Then in your macro remove the line that plays the
