You can try insecure=very for your peer (in sip.conf). Make sure, they
don't have to register - host=123.123.123.123 instead of
host=dynamic.

This setting is for making calls. How can incoming calls be
authenticated by Callers' IP address? It requires an AGI or similar,
am I right? Any advice to get one?
