Thanks all ! I've managed to get it working using the smsq application.
syntax was
smsq --motx-channel=ZAP/r3/17094009 --motx-callerid=123456 --queue
123456 --da 0 --ud reset
where 123456 is the DDI I wanted to use, and ZAP/r3 is my ISDN trunk.
