post the output?
Both where it works and where it doesn't.
Otherwise, helping you troubleshoot this will be difficult.

Actually I noticed that several things dont work properly and I think
the ooh323 channel driver is the reason.
For instance, when I configure my extensions.conf to answer the phone

I am having this issue.. asterisk 1.2.7 using native MOH without
mpg123. Calls get put on park and EVERYTIME it seems to start the
music off the same (even though I've chosen to do it randomly!)...

I can see in some cases where you might want to start all callers from the beginning, but I can also see in some cases where you would not. This sounds to me like we need an option.
