You mean, the capi part of misdn? Should I report a bug against mISDN?
If you use mISDN, why don't you use chan_misdn?
How reliable is that? Any experience?

try the HEAD of misdn. mqueue is dead.

Hmm, maybe you should leave out the PlayTones above?? I'd guess the
remote fax still thinks the line is ringing and is not making any noises
that would allow fax detection.
