My emails to support are ignored as well. I have two vanity numbers I want working, and a handful of 800# which I'd like to keep, but nobody seems home at nufone. I wouldn't even mind the $60 option someone had mentioned for a forced transfer, but there's no way to get a hold of anyone at nufone, so that's not even something I can discuss with them. Does anyone have email addresses at nufone that actually get answered? A phone number? I use the TF for personal reasons and do not have a pressing need at the moment. My usage is so low that I suspect Nufone is losing money on me. I tried to get an update from Nufone but got no response. It does not look like a lost cause yet and I would like to stay because their service has always been available when I needed it. I even stated in my email to Nufone that I would switch to their current terms that have a monthly charge. I still got no response!?! We suffered no outbound downtime that was a 'show-stopper' proof positive that JJ was and always will be there, however the TF REsporgs are still killing me.
