Hi Chris,
What are you hoping to do on the browser? I don't have a solution for
you but curious about what your intentions are.
Could a wireless display or similar with a softphone application provide
what you are looking to achieve?

Sounds like your looking for a laptop with a good softphone. You take an
ultralight laptop and you could probably meet all these requirements plus
some.

You might consider a used Compaq EVO-SFF machine. Cheap, good
performance, just depends on how many simultaneous phone
conversations and other load you will have. Why switch away from [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I'm going to install asterisk with four digium cards.
Can anyone mention a brand that carries boards with 4 compatible pci

Why ???
if your wanting the pci 4 port fxo/fxs boards you should be looking at
a t1 card channel bank, its less expensive far superior quality
Hi Shoval -
I'm going to install asterisk with four digium cards.

I ended up getting a Dell PE1600SC. It is a tower computer with 6 PCI
slots (2 32-bit, 2 PCI-X, 2 64-bit), but it can be rack-mounted with a
special kit

Never seen one up close.
I'm quite certain I can handle installing 4 PCI cards in linux better
then I can figure out how to work with a channel-bank.
Sure hope digium

Adit 600 is a good modular unit.
I understand Adtran can be pretty good.

So the kid installed it in his house and wrote an article about it.

Maybe positive, but some of the terminology was borked such as
quad-span E1 and T1 channel bank PCI cards for digital connectivity.

The procedure was changed. I'm sending that directly.
We'll need to know who actually downloads that.
If anybody else needs it, please contact me off-list.

Is this error ok? When I insert txt file into the db,Im loged in as

You are ok already.
It should work even if that privilege line is missing.
But to be sure later you can easily fix that.
The error is due to a typo in the end of the file
Run the first GRANT command again with 'asterisksettings' and not
'asterikssettings'
I just fixed the download file.
Best
Thanks
I'll have a look now just waiting for the war file to download
As far as I can remember this is not open-source? How much will you
charge for it?

It comes up with the index page but when you login with admin, admin it
says error logging on to database, postgresql is running as postgres user
and the db has been added with the txt file,I did the change in tomcat
folder.
Must postgresql run as postgres user?
Any Ideas

On Thu,
After restarting postgres you need to stop and start
$CATALINA_HOME/bin/shutdown.sh
$CATALINA_HOME/bin/startup.sh
Or something is wrong with the postgre access rights.
Did you remember modify
/usr/local/pgsql/data/pg_hba.conf
If a new start doesn't help
please, send me
Does it any difference that I'm using a already running tomcat?
Here is the output
Thanks again for your help

in /usr/local/pgsql/data/pg_hba.conf this kind of information is given
# To allow TCP/IP access, even from localhost, the postmaster must also be
