DTMF issues can be tricky with all the interconnected parties involved.
Usually your best choice is "rfc2833", while "info" (SIP Info) may also work
and both are out-of-band signals. "inband" requires a uLaw/aLaw codec and some
luck, not recommended. Pick one and disable all others.
I have an Astlinux 0.7.7 version running quite well for a while. However
since the beginning I have been experiencing DTMF issues.
I have a Sangoma 4 port analog card.
