Hi,
man iwconfig tells, Link quality... depends totally on the driver and
hardware. I would like to know how to interpret the value for WPEA-127N driven
by ath9k - ideally to have a base value for estimation of useable bandwidth
(i.e. how much data could be sent and received per time).
Is
Have you made any progress in disabling the back off / carrier sense? Because I
have a similar project and I would really need some information. Did you made
the modifications in the mac.c file?
Thank you!

In the old days, I heard that multiple station VIFs could not work with
hardware encryption. Does anyone know if this is still true?
And if so, is this a hardware/firmware issue, or is it some limitation
that can be fixed in the driver?
I'd like to try offloading at least some of the encryption
.. maybe for later chips and proxysta support?
The problem is making sure that you can do both transmit and receive
MAC addresses when doing encryption and decryption.
Encryption is easier - we get to set which key explicitly. but on
reception it needs to look at both..

Hi,
The stable branch is 1.3. there's 1.3.1 release binaries and a 1.3 branch.
The 1.4 stuff is for development. I believe someone is working on the
right ath9k_htc check.
I'd like ath9k_htc to check that the version is at least 1.3.
Ie, my intention is from now on that = 1.3 API won't change

I think I'll focus elsewhere for a while..but if someone wants to make
this work somehow I'll send them some shiny present :)
