The problem is, what if you go to America or England, and things aren't as good as you thought they were?I personally find the west nice, and where I at least have a chance at actually getting a job that I like unlike my homeland.

I tried ubuntu already. It did not support my wireless card by default. I am tempted to get those usb wireless cards that you can just plug it in and it works.Just need to make sure it works.I will try other distributions before that I think.

Also, some tools like Visual Studio work better with fast SSD, a good amount of ram, and fast processor. I believe Mac book air uses mobile version of intell's processors. (I could be wrong on this though).

I have mac book pro late 2015 and I can get like 4 hours max I think. On mac side it is much better the battery life.

In my humble opinion, a flat bed portible scanner works well at least for me. Primarily because you don't have to worry about lighting because all you have to do is put the paper face down, close lid, and scan from application like Abi fine reader

@Diego it won't be a major problem I ave a braille display and I only use it sometimes in math.@all the remaining posts past Diego math is the hardest part of my program. I took discrete math last semester and found it not fun at all. I did ok

If you want the thing to say capital letters when left or right arrowing then go to the NVDA voice menue by pressing nvda key + control plus v and navigate to the say cap before capital letters check box and check it with space and then uncheck the beep before capital
