i do have the will to learn these things, i just don't have someone who has the enough knowledge so i can understand the basic concepts of it, as i want to have the full experience needed to develop both web enterfaces/server apps

to be clear, having a sensible visual layout ismandatory when you are making any web page that is also intended to be used by sighted people. Lack of good layout makes the page inaccessible to sighted people the same way lack of headings

yeah, like post 2 said,, just ignore that section, i honestly just had to do what i was tolde to in these 2 sections. _javascript_ was a little easy for me after the first one sence i had feedback on th language and have used it multiple

It's CSS. There's never any benefit beyond being able to structure better. But if you're totally blind and haven't ever seen what a browser does, the screen reader is actually entirely hiding most of the formatting from you.
