Re: New pc Clock speed is more important than size. You want the clock speed for all of your sticks to match because if not, it will be forced to use the rate of the slowest one. Back in the 90s and before, you did have to put the same kind of stick in every slot. SO no mixing

Re: Help choosing a new PC? At least you have the option to replace core components though, and I'd rather pay two thirds the price to upgrade my machine than full price or more, plus I get greater choice in what exactly I want so I could always go with newer but less expensive components
