Re: Ios 13: to update or not to update. Follow up on my issue:  After doing a fresh reinstall, the problem has been solved.  However if I try to go to a backup, then the problem returns.  So, I had to do a clean wipe and redo everything from scratch.  No biggie though.  I'm already back up
