Re: What do I need to know to play Hades? It's possible that your sound volume is very low.  Go back to settings and increase everything except music.  Music should be practically turned off when you first start out so you can hear all the sounds.the exit you want to go through plays

Re: What do I need to know to play Hades? Mirror mode is definitely not necessary.  I agree that god mode is necessary when starting out, but late game it's not as important.it's useful during certain fights but you can toggle it on / off throughout your game if you feel you might need

Re: What do I need to know to play Hades? @arceus The room containing the sack is a fountain chamber at the end of one of those sequences of tiny Styx rooms (it's random which one so just keep trying doors). You can't miss it since the game won't let you continue until you pick it up

Re: What do I need to know to play Hades? It is for PC and switch currently. You can play with mouse plus keyboard but this is not recommended. Gamepad is the best way to enjoy the game plus the aim assist works with the gamepad mostly and you need that. Also remember to turn on god mode
