I second the Amadeus recommendation. I personally use Amadeus Lite as I don't need the multitrack and other features of Pro. Still, Amadeus Pro is only $60 which is pretty good considering the features and accessibility you get. I may get Pro at some

if your willing to look at paid options, try Amadeushttp://www.hairersoft.comwhen using OS X, this is my editor of choice. It can be slightly difficult at first, but there are many guides on the net to help, not to mention the developers are good

The thing with Logic and GarageBand is that, allthough they have accessible interfaces, the problem is, actually editing audio, like cutting and pasting, I haven't figured that out, and I've been using a mac for years. The thing I like about them

Hi BlindncoolYou may try Logic Pro X or GarageBand. Both of them are from Apple, and the interface is pretty accessible with VoiceOver.
