@ethin, I got the PM, thanks.I havent started on combat in Entombed 2 yet, but it will be completely redesigned. What were Entombed 1s best features in combat that you want to keep around? A few things I liked that will be staying are characters with a primary and secondary class abilities and the system that determined the order of attackers.Things Im uncertain of or possibly removing: having to press a key to target body parts, multiple hit points for various body parts, hardness comparisons between armor and weapons, having to sift through items at the end of battle, among others.As for who gets attacked, Im considering a row system. An enemy can strike you with any weapon if youre in the front row. If youre in the second row, the enemy needs a long melee weapon (spear for example) or ranged weapon to strike you. If youre in the third row, you cant be attacked except by ranged weapons. A row is dynamic. You
 39;re only considered to be in a row back if there is a character in front of you. If the character has been eliminated, you are now the front row.I might change that completely after testing it some though.

@Dingo, I fully agree hardness needs tweaking, sinse that caused major issues further down the dungeon especially with ranged weapons and your wolf. However, one thing I did always like in Entombed was that armor reduced chances of taking damage rather than adding to your over all hp, I also did like the different material and creation options for weapons and armor sinse it did indeed feel that each item had some unique qualities to it, although given the object distribution in the dungeon you were never in too much of a situation where materials got compared, eg, on the first few levels you always found copper, further down you always found bronze, then iron etc. I disagree however about the limb targeting system, I really liked that aspect of the game sinse it both lead to some very nice tactical options such as disarming your enemy by attacking their hands or knocking them down with attacks to the feet, not to mention whacks to the head, (though that could get a little b
 roken with some techniques like ice blast and assassinate). It also always felt more realistic to me in terms of getting an idea of what an enemy was like to be able to target body parts than just being told here is a goblin with so much hp, especially when you got to some of the crazier creatures like spiderss or etins.I think what I liked best in Entombed was the fact that so much of the time the player was required to think on their feet and make the best of what they were given in terms of party, in terms of enemy distribution etc. It wasnt just a matter of minimaxing your equipment and skills and then hammering attack, you were always required to think what you were doing. for example, on one occasion I remember a beta build of the game where a code mistake ridiculously over powered the drake to insane levels to the point that its fire breath was pretty much an instant killer. I managed to defeat it by growing my ogre brawler and using takedown to
  keep the drake on the floor so it always got up rather than attacked, while my other characters alternated between chipping away at the drakes health and handing out the healing potions just in case the drake did attack. It was a long battle but it worked. I definitely like the row idea, particularly if as I said were going to have techniques that mess with the rows, especially for characters using shorter weapons, eg, a thieves backstab. My only question is if were having three rows instead of two, what happens if a character on the second row gets taken out? Also, how do the rows relate to characters being knocked down but not necessarily killed? If a front row character were knocked down, would the second row become the front until she/he got up? Indeed, could the rows be reshufled in battle at all, so that if as I said above your fighter was in trouble she/he could duck behind your second row character.Also, in Entombed one we had se
 veral occasions where computer controled characters fought on your side, your wolf, skeletons etc. I did like that option sinse it lead to some interesting battles, and also had potention for extending, eg, extra pets to buy, computer controled mercinaries to hier in the town to help you out (not to mention all the fun with chalm spells). Would you be able to tab to a computer controled character and assign them a row? or would they do it for themselves?

@assaultIt shouldve created it after you ran the game, try looking again and see if its appeared.I have no idea how to turn the games settings down - my PC runs it ok, so havent had to fiddle with it.For those wondering, invasion boss is ridiculous. You have to survive for 30 seconds, but the boss has a lot of armour and what feels like super speed.If only the modifiers were spoken by the announcer, the outworld tower (and everything else that uses them) wouldnt be just a matter of luck. I say outworld tower because thats the current invading realm, with mileena being the boss.

what I liked about the combat system:conditions, such as charm, berserk and zombie rot. I especially liked charms power.Ways of learning new abilities besides choosing a secondary job. Mostly Im talking about observe here. It would be cool if you could extend this idea, perhaps by putting teachers or guild masters in shops, or allowing people to learn slowly through the use of scrolls.I think that there ought to still be a mechanic for melee protection besides just a straight number. For example, instead of hardness you might take a leaf out of Alter Aeons book and make it easier by giving each weapon type a damage type of crush, stab, slice or whip, then armor would have protection against each of those. For example breastplates might not protect much against whips and pounds but would be very effective against slashing and stabbing. This would also open up the possibility of melee protection spells to harden ones body against certain dam
 age types.I think that sifting through enemy equipment is one of the cool parts of the game. Though there should be a bit more variety; I always thought it would be cool if every mob drop had like a 1 in 200 or 250 chance of having a prefix or suffix attached, similar to Alter Aeons random items.The row system is promising; indeed I was planning o put a similar system into Grave of Redemption.Body part targeting is vital. It adds a certain degree of realism to the enemies you face; for example ettyns have 2 heads so it makes sense that you can target either one. If you do keep body part targeting in, it follows that body par hp has to stay as well, just because theres no real point of it otherwise. And as dark said it does add some strategy, though it actually probably makes everything easier to kill, since you can just atrget the head. The game mostly does become a process of hammering the attack button while holding down 8 for the non-boss and quest
 bsp; enemies; the only time you really need to strategize is during boss fights. But maybe thats not a bad thing, especially if youre just trying to grind for experience, though that is also not too hard to come by.

@severe storm steve really the multiple turrets thing was only their for other players, since charging is purely client side and hents other players will not be effected by it, anyways who still uses turrets? And ive got some awsome news to report! The start of planet side mining has begun, and something else awsome. Ever tired of thoughs extremely annoying times when you tether to an asteroid, or a planet, and suddenly, the db gets rebooted, requiring you to redo your hole operation all over again? No more! Every time the db is rebooted, it now keeps in stock the items you tethered to the surface of your current object, insuring your deep space expeditions never get interrupted. Further more, the server still discards old items youve already picked up. Their was a nice idea severe storm steve mentioned to me over skype about missions where an object would be plunging strate towards a colony, im thinking these should be system wide events so instead of sele
 cting them as a mission, these happen randomly. If you dont shoot it down and get rid of it before it gets their, the colony is smashed to bits, shoot it down and you do get a credit reward. Though this system hasnt been implemented, do you guys think this would be a good thing to do system wide, meaning these events happen randomly.

@assault_freakI only can tell you how to autoconfigure your Settings for graphics. Start the game then go down 5 times to Options press enter. then two down to graphics again enter. Then go down nine times to Auto config and press enter the game tests your config and autoconfigures the Settings. The Sound should stop after a while for a bit and resume then press enter to tell the game that you want the changes to be saved. hth.

The camera app in Samsung devices does actually give you speech feedback as far as face recognition goes and I have a selfie to proove it, not that Ill be posting it anywhere Im not sure about other phones. I think the voice can also do face recognition and there may be more accessible camera apps on google play.

Adventure at C: help.

Ok, soI finally got around to trying this game. Lots of fun but Imhavingissues with a few stages. FIrst offthe desktop. Forthe life of meIcant get past that darn moving teleporter. No matter what I do it catches me and throws me into a pit. Im also havig trouble with the Users boss. I shot it and it moves away, but thenifI take another step forward to go after it I die witha incredibly anoying scree.There isnt even a pit there. Youalso cantump over it. Also what the hecks that fiery/watery noise earlier in the level? It kills me real qick whatever it is. Needless to say though Im more than a little confused.

I liked pressing keys to target different body parts; it made me feel like I had more say in the battle outcome.I also liked looking through the items at the end of the battle, choosing what to keep, etc.

The best method of find people for play soundrts, is talk with them before enter to the servers. If you want meet a person directly in the soundrts servers isnt easy. Some people prefer plays in their servers instead of use the publics. And, the differences on mods make harder to the people have the same configuration.

Actually, on the subject of ships and subs, we are working on an option for picking the type of boat, how big, and whether its a ship or sub, then calculating the materials needed, engine size, etc. A lot like crafting, but for ships, as some have expressed interest in building them that way, there will be time and effort involved to do that, of course, although most of the work is mine in building the hull estimator, and providing other such facilities for using the raw materials, and doing the actual calculations.The player wanting to build ships would get requests from others about how big, and would then produce it. I suppose anyone with high enough skills could build one themselves, but for many, its easier to buy, and let someone else do all that work.Also in the works is the ability to build an aircraft from the kit of parts in the hangar, pay some amount for the kit, then build it, and get a plane that way.

I dont recall seeing in option where I got the ship for a sub, but I havent yet seen a reason to get a sub though. LOL. Yeah, being blind can be a real bastard sometimes. In fact, a lot of the time, but it happens to be the hand we have been dealt. So have to deal with it the best way that we can.What Im finding difficult is that I am slowly going deaf, am now having serious hearing difficulties, and that makes the blindness doubly hard since I can no longer reliably depend on my hearing for things. Im looking for another mobility specialist, one who can deal with deaf-blind students, since all the ones I have worked with in the past assume you can hear things. At the time I worked with them when I was younger my hearing was fine so was able to reliably do the things they taught me. However, with my hearing being unreliable Im at a point where traveling alone is an iffy proposition since I cant use my ears to make up the difference as I once did.In any case having Chinese food sounds good. I love Chinese. I might make up a dish of Chinese tonight for dinner sinc
 e I have the stuff to make some pineapple chicken tonight. I havent had Chinese food in a while so that sounds like it would hit the spot for sure.

As pitermach stated, the built-in camera app in Samsung devices, especially those which have a front-facing camera gives you speech feedback when detecting 1 or more faces. I can take a picture right by the time it says: one face has been detected, but Im not sure if I can do it precisely as my hand might move a little, and I may lose the right position.Actually it is a great way to take selfiees. I do it sometimes for fun, and I love so much when it announces one face has been detected

There is also a list of audio dramas and online audiobooks over at www.whitestic.co.uk, which has several of the better free audio companies on there like darker projbects as well as some of the paid ones like big finish.Off hand I cant think of anything on darker projects that has lots of action accept falcon banner, (which sadly is probably never going to get finished which is a shame), sinse while series like byron do have their share of big action moments and escapes, going upto and including appocalypse the emphasis is as much on horror and weerdness. Then again, I wouldnt have said leviathan was %100 action focused either, sinse while it definitely had its fare share it also had an awsome plot and great characters as well,  and I really! wish theyd get off their rear ends and give us the rest of series 2!

I agree, body part targeting is vital.I also liked the abilities and spells that could alter the otherwise predictable balances on both sides unexpectedly - flurry, whirlwind, lightning, sleep, sneak attack, multishot, polymorph, charm, you get the point.I liked the expendibles. Zombie rot, petrification and poison potions tended to be pretty rare, so you had to be very careful in distributing them and trying to account for the possibility of your characters getting hit with such an effect. I also liked how expensive they were in the Twilight shop. Especially until the 10th floor or so, you usually didnt have enough gold to buy another potentially interesting item from the store if you needed to get one of these, and really worthy items were also rare , by the way.I agree with Dark on the new techniques front: It would be great to have just one specialized job who could learn such as by observing, but on the other hand to give it more abilities to learn tha

Id be interested to know what differences it now has to torn city. I stopped playing because I just felt like I was playing torn and taking time with the one click quests, crimes and pvp, even though there were some interesting mechanics like the catacombs and the guilds excavations, indeed I suspect my account has been deleted.Edit: Okay, i logged back in and gave the game another try, but honestly I cant see much difference. its still got the crimes and different refill bars and one click quests, and is still a grinder. Nice for a casual game, and other than a couple of unlabeled links very accessible,but really it seems again to have lots of repetitive activities and not much on the description front, unless Im missing something.

@keyisfull, I agree on keeping the body part system, and that conditions are awsome (albeit some like chalm and zombie rot were rather over powered), though I disagree on lack of tactics and just attacking the head always works, indeed this is probably again something where a bit of number tweaking would help. Im not sure about the damage conditions vs armor, sinse generally speaking you wont get a chance to change armour mid battle, or to look for armor with multiple resists, plus to be honest I always did dislike minimaxing inventory, after all medeival knights just buckled on what armour was available and went out to smack things with their individual skill carrying the day, they didnt agonize on whether the poor steel gauntlets were better or worse than the well crafted bronze gauntlets.One thing that might be fun though to extend the damage idea might be having conditions of damage caused by different weapons with different effects, rather than
  just mangled or shattered. For example, a whip or flail might cause a welt, which would not do extra damage in itself but would make that limb or leg a bit less useful,ie, decrease speed or weapon hit chance if hit on the hands or legs. A piercing injury would be more likely to bleed, causing miner damage loss over time, while obviously blunt force traumer causes broken bones. Indeed, different weapons might be better at targiting different body parts generally, sinse axes and swords are probably far better at head chopping than spears, much less daggers.On skills, observe was specifically a wanderer trick, and again is an area where Entombed shouldve probably added more observable skills for the wanderer to play with, however I am not sure about having extra skills and abilities learnable in game, not with the number of jobs required, sinse one thing I always liked about entombed was the need to balance what your party learnt in terms of techniques according to what o
 ther characters you had,  eg, assassinate is a pretty useless skill, but if you have someone who can put the enemy in a helpless state such as a brawler or a bard in your party can be brutal. If however skills were freely available to learn, then class specializations and the need to build your characters to complement each other would be less effective, sinse hay if your druid/mage can learn to raise undead without taking the necromancer as a second job, what is the point of having a necro in your party. The only way I could see learnable techniques working is either for a specific class like the wanderer that would specialized in such things, or making the skills and spells you could learn ones you couldnt get another way, and making them different in some way each game to make sure the game preserved its random feeling and you werent just working your way through a set skill path.

Ok, soI finally got around to trying this game. Lots of fun but Imhavingissues with a few stages. FIrst offthe desktop. Forthe life of meIcant get past that darn moving teleporter. No matter what I do it catches me and throws me into a pit. Im also havig trouble with the Users boss. I shot it and it moves away, but thenifI take another step forward to go after it I die witha incredibly anoying scree.There isnt even a pit there. Youalso cantump over it. Also what the hecks that fiery/watery noise earlier in the level? It kills me real qick whatever it is. Needless to say though Im more than a little confused.Edit: WellI rechecked the Tutorial and the fiery/watery noise is a geyser, so at least I know what those are. Still any help would be appreciated with the Users boss and the demon teleporter in Desktop.

It’s been going, good, not bad, just school and all its stuff. Enjoying the last days of high school and feeling nostalgic about the days I spent in this school. What I can say is that high school, without a doubt, gives you the most wonderful experience in the whole process of your education, starting from first days of primary school to last days of graduation in the university.I have also got an assistant at my public school who can help me on what I need, e.g, taking notes and she will be the person who will help me in the final exams, because they don’t provide us with brail or any other method of reading and writing. Jason:A couple points.Firstly, combat. You mentioned in your first post that you were planning to reduce some of the complexity. As far as combat goes, I think Entombed went a long way toward adding in necessary combat complexity, though Im one of those people who cant find combat complex enough.However, thats by the by. I enjoyed the body targeting aspect, and would vote for that to remain in. What I wasnt a huge fan of was the similarity between weapons. I would be very much in favor of altering how certain weapons work. For example, instead of just an attack option, an axe could have cleave, slash, backhand slash, axehead parry and haft block. Secondly, in regards to skills and spells. Im curious to know if you intend to add in spells and skills that are more utilitarian. That is to say, the majority of entombed 1 spells were explicitly for combat purposes. However, there could be invisibility spells, conjurations, dispellings, area affects, that sort of thing. On that note, do you intend to make the environment itself interactable? If I end up in a forest and throw around fire, will it set fire to the trees? If Im fighting a water elemental and hit it with a freezing spell, does it turn into ice? Maybe it becomes an ice elemental? Essentia

Yes, about the obsurve thing, I heard you can only learn 3 techneeks. I also heard that the bigger you are, the more damage breathe fire could be, which sort of explains why the drake killed my party in 1 hit, 29 whopping damage, [[wow]]. @Sevrior, I do agree on the environment interaction being something Id like to see more of entombed especially outside of combat, and I like the idea of different weapons playing slightly differently rather than just having a generic attack option (I was thinking something similar with my damaged conditions suggestion earlier though coming at things from the other side). However I disagree completely about real time combat. Realtime combat is great in an action game and gives you something to think about, as well as facilities like dodging, avoiding attacks etc. However, there is a necessary limit to complexity in a real time event, and also a necessary lack in atmosphere. This is one problem I have with so many muds, you end up sitting through the auto attacks, throwing in the odd technique or spell or whatever, and often dont even know what your fighting beyond its name. With a multiple party member setup like entombed has, I don&
 #039;t see a way to make the combat both real time and complex enough sinse if the timers were too fast you would find yourself just hammering through menus asap not thinking of stratogy, while if the timers were too slow, you might as well have turn based anyway.Entombed already imho has the best of both worlds. It is turn based, leaving you time to think strategically, but it has an active speed and initiative system meaning that your not just in a dull round of you take a turn, your enemy takes a turn etc, not to mention things like the cool down timers on techniques. As far as timing and initiative goes Id say Entombed 1 was absolutely %100 spot on, as it was with the body part targeting system and both are aspects that should be kept. The only thing I would like to see, are more variations in enemy speed on higher levels, rather than making everything a big armoured brute of a mountain, sinse something super fast that takes 5 turns to every one of you
 rs and is amazingly hard to hit is a much different challenge and one that would require different tactics to defeat.@Ethin, I completely agree about magic, it was a real imbalance in the system sinse if your fighter or assassin took a swing at someones head she/he would risk doing no damage, while your necro could fire at will with ice blast and even if she/he missed the noggin the enemy still got hit. I wouldnt however have a streight up %50 miss rate, Id suggest something a little more dynamic, taking into account your characters skill with that particular spell, perhaps factors such as their coordination, and your enemys speed. Indeed, different magic spells could have misschance as part of their makeup thus leading to more tactical options. Say for example if your mage had both a magic missile spell which did little damage but was almost a guaranteed hit, and a magic blast spell which packed more of a punch but was less accurate. This
  could be still more interesting given the rank system, sinse you could have things like cone or line spells which could hit the first rank and carry on going, for example the good old DD cone of cold.

I know a bit what does it mean to have hearing impairments because about six months ago I had a problem, which was passed in a few minutes, but kept going on for a week.I instantly became inactive, I didn’t participate in the discussions at school, and I used to talk only when people came close to me. That was a very frustrating problem. I hope I won’t come across it again.Also, I think echo location which is present at most blind people doesn’t work so good which makes everything crap.In a few words, hearing impairments will make your work double when you are a blind person.

@Tom, Im extremely sorry to here about the hearing difficulties, that must be a nightmare. unfortunately this goes along with the general theory Ive had over the past few years which is that fate, or karma or God or whichever cosmic force doles out the bad stuff likes to keep things neat by dumping crap on people who already have large piles of crap to deal with, while leaving anyone who lives a life comparatively crap free perminantly crap free.   On the plus side, the Mongolian special was very nice, not as spicy as some of the things I have from their like their Kung po, but I fancied a change. I have a good local chinese, and one thing I particularly like that they do is a starter package for one where you get one of each sort of starter such as a peace of prawn toast and a spring roll and some seaweed, which makes it perfect for a solo meal. @Cae, good luck with the insects. There will doubtless be some around here soon, though to say how
  much grass and trees there is around here there is never an invasion, though sinse I live pretty far north (there was a cold breeze today despite it being sunny), and sinse I live in an upstairs flat anyway its less likely.

Hi there. So for a little while now Ive been having an issue where my PS4 buttons are strangely mapped, for more games than 1. MKX seems to be fine, but both streetfighter and skullgirls map circle as X. I installed DS4, in which case x became triangle and it sort of flipped itself round from there. I havent been able to find anywhere in DS4 to actually fix this, and google hasnt yielded much either. Im using windows 8 if it helps any.

It seems the mud fell by the way side. Its not tough to understand why; the lack of expansion and the limited number of cards to work with can be offputting.That being said, there are still a couple of us that enjoy the duels, and I daresay weve developed some fascinating strategies with the cards there are.  So, I would quite like to see some more players on the mud. Even if its a brief revival, theres no such thing as a boring duel.In that vein, Im throwing a tournament. I will do my best to be online consistently for the next 3 days, at least within reason. While online, Id be happy to meet anyone who logs on, discuss the game and give tips.I will also be opening some of my decks to the public so as to allow new people to jump right in without having to construct a new one from scratch. Obviously, you will want your own eventually, but you can get a feel for the mechanics with a successful deck.Start

Firstly,,TC definitely isnt what Id call a sim, at least in the normal sense. Considering it has 13 months, each month having 28 days, and each day having 24 hours. Feel free to check out the Message Of The Day archives for whats been going on over there. Though, the best way to find out whats new, is to explore, and use all senses that ya have. From subways, to dining, to renting, to movie watching, you definitely will not be bored. Most people seem to come on TC durring the hours of 7 PM and 11 PM eastern time, though on Saturdays, a lot of folks appear on there.At times its extremely active, other times its just a few people.Oh and yes, death isnt recoverable for a char. One day there may be an After Life, but for now, it doesnt exist.Dont forget, drinking, eating, definitely a good idea
 , if I havent said that before.As for the referring thing, word of mouth is how to do it, thus the person who wants to refer someone sends off an email, and then the link comes. I myself like that idea. Which is why I shared my email in the top post earlier.You do not have to get someone to refer you to the world, but ya do get a rerward for doing so, as explained on the Refer A Friend page I shared in the first post as well.

Go to the shop and talk to the magazine owner, first of all ask to her to buy the magazine.There are 3 choices for the magazine and you must choose one of them.After you buy the magazine, talk to the magazine owner again and ask her for a sweet.Then, leave the shop and talk to the boy. When the boy said i like lots of things, give him the sweet and hell exchange it with a sticking plaster.Go to the library and examen the plack and the bicycle and jana will appear.After you talk to her, go back to the village square and talk to her again.While talking, jacko will use the plaster to get the bike moves.Then go back to the village square again and go to the lawyers office.Hope that helps you, good luck on your next journey.

Tests are generally given to me in braille, and I complete them on whatever device I have at the time. Sometimes, if they arent brailled, they might be done orally. but this was rare and depended on the teacher.Speaking of final exams... I should be doing an enormous French Test right now. I had the misfortune of stumbling upon a Young Justice self-insert fanfiction at the same time. Im kinda worried.(The premise is that a random guy from Eastborn wakes up in space in the DC Universe with an Orange Lantern ring, and proceeds to use his powers considerably more creatively than most Green Lanterns seem to. He occasionally throws in what-if Renegade Version bits, but after the first few, theyre not well marked. Its more fun than Hollywood but still doesnt break formula often. The Orange power comes from avarous (I have no idea 
 how to spell that... greed/desire/selfishness), so theres something of a subplot going on with the psychological effects, but mostly its fairly standard overt SI superheroing.)I got a call the other day, saying that my interim DSB person wanted to set up a meeting. When I called them, I was basically given an hour and fifteen minutes notice that they would be coming by to meet at my place. Im not complaining, but it was rather unexpected and oh look I actually got up and started taking care of things in 40 minutes flat. Huh.The intern that attended the meeting mentioned a local programming company that does small contract jobs for companies and such. It doesnt sound like they require that much experience, either--he mentioned people that interned with them having had only a semester of Visual Basic. While this all sounds quite lovely, I am given to wonder if maybe there is a somewhat important GUI development component to all this that could mayb
 e make things somewhat difficult for me.I also brought up the NFB training centers, and it was suggested they contract someone to come up here (cheaper that way). I do not mind although my main attraction to the NFB centers is the fact that there would be no choice but to either stop freaking out over everything, or developing full-blown panic attacks (one is good, the other would mean Id have something doctors could actually work with).Mostly I want to be able to leave the house. The bus system appears to be expanding, some. If I wasnt so needlessly terrified of bugs* / people / crossing a driveway and veering into the street / the fact that I have no idea what Id do after the bus dropped me off anywhere, Id probably just cancel my internet, make note of everything I need to look up, then deal with all of that at Starbux or something.* So many wasps (rather large wasps at that) and mosquitoes...  ts and/or Fogger Quadcopter Robots (Id just call them mechabats for short) on the latter. The wasps have been getting in my sink. I think theyre gone now. Im not sure what happened. Im worried that killing them will mean a Ladybug infestation. Maybe I should just go to Canada.

Funky. Ive been thinking about another mud, although Ive been having fun with aardwolf, Ill have a look at this one. Btw, what is that knack thing? is it a limited time offer or something?edit: okay I gave this one a try and to be honest it didnt go well. i went through the apartment and found all the stuff fine, however then I was told to escape from the zombie hoard. I got to a four way intersection and went in the only direction that didnt have a locked door, where upon I got jumped on by zombies and ended up in an endless combat where I didnt seem to be able to hit anything or disengage, or go anywhere. it also didnt help that combat in epitaph seems the most spammy Ive seen in a mud with reeling off all those numbers, meaning that even asking for help on chat or trying to change the syntax was a pest. I even tried just waiting to die, but that didnt happen either, it was like an endless l
 oop or something. So, stupid game! Im not even sure if my character survived the tutorial or not. (I picked the name cassy, sinse I thought a real world name would work, but I think shes being eternally zombie fodder).

Its not the fault of the controller, each game has its own way of laying out wwhat controls it wants to use. There usually are menus to fix this, but it would not be accessible unless you can OCR the screen and get accurate results

Definitely need some combat view customization options there, heck having the numbers displayed the the prompt the way every other mud does it might help.Btw, this is one thing I really dislike about muds, I wish they werent realtime and you didnt need to muck around with super fast screen reader voices or dicker with the output, and I know the hole real time thing is partly the point but at 
 least in muds like Clok it isnt too bad.

There are a lot of options you can set to change the output, and cut down on the spam. Unfortunately, I havent figured them all out yet. I keep trying to read whats on my screen, and I get a bunch of background default normal messages. In other muds, the only thing you have to do to cut all that out is to set color to off, but it doesnt seem to be that simple in this one. Has anyone had any luck setting an option to cut all those messages out?The only way to get out of that first combat with the zombie is to flee to the north, barricade the door, and escape out the other door.
