Looking for a good accessible mud to play besides Alter Aeon Hi,like the subject says, I'm looking for an accessible mud to play. I'm playing Alter Aeon, but want to have something else to play.So, here is what I'm looking for:No PK if I don't want it and no enforced RP.At least some players on at all times so I can ask questions.No vanishing equipment on logout or reboot.The most fun part on a game mostly are things to do, meaning here quests or missions. So, I would like a mud where there are quests which are actually solvable without a lot of guessing syntaxes or having to search around blindly. I don't mind exploring and searching a speciffic area, but when a quest hint basically tells me to search the whole game I'm not happy about that.Guilds or classes which are interesting to play, meaning different. I don't like it when every class basically gets the same skills in a different order.I don't mind the setting or theme too much, as long as it's well written, so everything goes here.And even if Alter Aeon might have spoiled me a bit in that regard, I really don't need a soundpack to play. If the accessibility of Android was on par with iOS, I would have probably switched a long time ago since I'm not a fan of Apple's walled garden approach. Re: mixer problem Hi.The most likely reason I can think of for everything to play in mono is that Windows likes to set new devices to one channel by default. To fix this, do the following:1. Press windows key + r. This will open the run dialog.2. type in mmsys.cpl. This will open your sound settings in control panel.3. Go to the recording tab in the sound dialog.4. Select your mixer in the list of devices.5. Tab to and press the properties button.6. Go to the advanced tab in the properties dialog.7. There is a combo box in this dialog. You can set the number of channels, bit depth, and sampling rate from here. Change the number of channels from 1 to 2 and press enter to save your changes.If you've tried that and it didn't fix the problem, there may be an issue with the way the mixer is connected to the computer. If the computer is going into the mixer via USB, the above solution should allow you to hear and record in stereo. If you have the computer plugged into one of the channels on the mixer, you will need a y cable. One end should have a 3.5mm male connector, which goes into your computer's line out or headphone jack. The other end should have two quarter inch or RCA male connectors that plug into a stereo channel on your mixer. How the hell do you navigate shipwrecks in Cosmic Rage? Hi all,For those that do Shipwrecks in CR, how do you get that elusive cube?I hate these activities in CR where it's too much about luck. First, I exited my ship apparently at 3, 3. But, when I walked around trying to find the go exit and couldn't find it, again, I went back to 3, 3 and said well I give up with this thing.But my ship is no longer there.Also, where is the center of the room? Some random location? I had about 200+ rats or so this time, but more time ultimately didn't help. The people who do this activity over and over again refuse to help and/or give tips or tricks either IC or OOC.I'm level 924, so this is the perfect activity for me right now as Dark Matter Mining requires an Industrial Plant that I can't be bothered to set up right now, just getting a factory again. And @76, Samsung is almost an equivalent, but they are not... because you still aren't locked into one ecosystem. But when you're a tech giant, competition is all you see... but having said that, I am probably one of the few people who will say that between the version of stock android I experienced on a moto g5 and 1UI on my galaxy s10, there's no contest. Samsung also has this.. so Apple can't have exclusive rights to it unless Samsung bought the permission from them... Talkback's refusal to implement multifinger gestures doesn't make any sense to me because Samsung proves it can be done. And for people saying Android's accessibility API doesn't allow for them... Google owns both pieces of software. You can set NVDA to detect the indents and things like that, so it's much easier to code in python than it used to be. Don't use idle though, that will confuse you more than anything.There are many different editors you can use, visual studio is one, but it's probably more confusing to use that since it's very big and has more than python functionality. If your just starting out with coding, you might want something a little more user friendly. EdSharp is very nice, it has compilers for python, c#, and some others. It's quick and easy to use, and it has NVDA access built-in.Hth. As far as I'm aware there are no compiled binaries of eSpeak-NG for Android (the versions of eSpeak that are out on Play Store are based on the older versions of eSpeak), so if you want to use the latest development builds on Android you might want to compile the Android APK from source (the eSpeak-NG GitHub page has instructions on how to do this). Before you say but voice assistant does it, don't forget that Samsung does not only make voice assistant, but an entirely customized version of Android, thus their screen reader works only on their devices. Even then, it's not an open API or something other developers can use, they just built it for their own screen reader. It's $400 over here.The difference is likely in system specs, inability to receive updates when everyone else does (unless Nokia is faster with updates) not as much of a chance of the fingerprint sensor supporting talkback gestures, and no Google Lookout.That's not to say Lookout is still a Pixel-exclusive, because it did just make its way onto some more non-Google devices just recently, and they are continuing to expand.
