Well, from my experiences, the kind of sound used for the game design is more a matter of choice from the devs. In regards to accessibility, the sounds have to be distinct enough so you can know what is happening. Hello there. Well, another way I've experienced for some games are audio based beacons. You mark the spot you want to reach, and the game gives the player a continuous sound either a humming or bip you may follow to go to said location. Usually it is a straight path to the destination, and the player still have to go around obstacles and buildings to keep following the sound.Best regards, Haramir.

For example, will it be imersive or you intend to focus more on game mechanics like in Diablo 1? Have you considered a way to use screen reader or even sapi on the game? We don't have much action rpgs like the one you're creating, so please, keep up with the plans. I'm asking all the questions because it will be easier for me to give you a precise feedback. With that in mind, if you can use any translator, google should do, I'd recomend you take a look at Shadow Line, or Shadow Rine, as it is pronounced. We have developers like Daigonite, Out of Sight Games and I'm probably skiping someone I can not remember right now. It can take some time? Yes, indeed. But we never been that close before from having truely accessible games, playable by sighted and visually impaired alike.My honest opinion is that an audio only console is a step backwards in this matter. Hello folks! The musical notes seems fair in my opinion, and to avoid text to speak application it can be used as a default sequence. For example, the buttons are placed like a cross, so the higher pitch would match triangle, the lower the cross button, and so on. As for the mini games, personally I wouldn't enjoy playing something I know it's incomplete when comparing to the original. Hello folks. Just passing to make a quick update on the game's current state. We didn't give up on the project, instead we're almost rebuilding the game from scratch for we had some cool ideas based on the valuable feedback you gave us. Regarding the next test, I can not tell you for sure when will it happen, but we'll try to make it available during all the day. We faced a little problem regarding the game hosting last time, for we used a personal computer to do so, which didn't give us the same estability we could have if we went for a hosting site of some sorts.Well, that is it for now, I'll keep you informed as soon as we have more news to share.Best regards, Haramir.

We will be using a central server for the tests, but when the game is finished, we decided to let people host their own game servers. Because of that, we'll create every content on the game client itself, and you must reach some requirements in order to use them. Think of it as a kind of shop. Hello folks! Well, sorry for the lack of information. Tornado machine will be a 2d online aircraft war game. It is based on games such as Sonic Wings and Ace Combat. The main goal is to have different modes of gameplay. Ranging from the basic pvp, to the team matches, or even teams of players against bots. Hello Xsense, I'm not a professional voice actor, but I can try for sure. Perhaps I can bring some vendor npcs to life, who knows. I've played Silk Road with a friend a few years ago. Even being completely blind, I've tried lots of mainstream games. In fact I have more experiences with regular games than audiogames to be honest.Regarding the character's movimentation, perhaps you can trade a chip or two with Aprone. Hello there! What I have to say about the game is that it has alot of potential. But I find it difficult to discern the elements on the dungeon. For example, I figured out the sound of the exit and of the creature, but when we hit a wall the footstep sound still plays, which, in my opinion, turns things hard to say if we managed to get around the wall or if were still stuck on it. Another thing is the wind sound. At first I thought it was there to indicate an open space that you can walk through, without walls or other obstacles. Another thing is the sonar. Sometimes even when the pitch is not high I tend to bump into walls. I managed to get my way around the first monster, but I keep hitting something that makes my character die, or somehow get back to the start of the level.Best regards, Haramir.

Greetings traveller, I bid thy to take a sit by the fire, fill up your mug and listen to my history.There was once a group called Lions Den, a small group dedicated to bring enjoyment to the folks through the kingdom. One day though, out of a sudden, one of the wizards of Lions Den got caught be a band of time devourers creatures from a dimension called Real Life. I am afraid Im the only member left of the ancient, but perhaps not well known team. Though my powers of weaving the fabrics of magic are small, I came to you seeking for aid to tell the tales of our heroes while my old comrade struggles against the chains that keep him captive in Real Life.  Ok folks. Ill raise the curtains for now, though most things I said above are correct. Im part of Lions Den, but Thanatus, my friend and coder of our small team is fairly busy with college. I have my mind blasting with ideas as always, and Im here to ask assistance to make a sidescroller rpg. Heres what I wanted to have in the game:Movimentation like in Bk2 would be perfect for what I intend to do.Items, weapons, a few tools and maybe spells, though spells are not necessarely a priority.Levels, stats and points assignment done by the player.Skills, character classes and extra missions and quests, but again, it is not important so soon.  Unfortunately my experiênce in BGT is limited to the 2 first examples in the tutorial. I have patience and time if someone can guide me through the creation of the game, but I also understand if you guys prefer to do the code your own way if the case may be. I wont use the Lions Den name as the creator of this game, for it is intended to carry the names of those who are whiling to help me make it.Best regards, Haramir.

Hello there. From what level will we start? I mean, I have made a few glittle games following the examples in the tutorial, but I didnt manage to complete the third example yet. Hello there! Jaide, Im not the progammer kind neither. But I have a long time experience with both videogames and tabletop rpgs. I can also gladly lend you my voice for a character if needed. So far, my main metod of contributing is playtesting, since you said the plot is already made.
