The audio service can't be started. I know I am typing the command in right place. OCR tells me that the problem is something with having to do with devices.

I second using material UI. Especially if you are using a single page framework like React. It made styling things much easier than before. By default the components made for it are beautiful and you can customize them with your own brand. change colors, fonts, using theming objects or css. Also the documentation is clear and concise.

How to make coding with xcode easier

Hello I am working on Xcode 10 with MAC OS 10.14.Something.But, I am having many issues. Are their settings in xcode, Voice Over, or other things that make it easier.If anyone has any solution to any of these issues. Then please share.1. Dragging Library objects onto storry boards no longer works as shown in IOS developer guide. Because I have to open it with a command and exit to get back to story board.2. Voice over doesn't just read class or function names in the auto completion, but path as well. This is annoying when I only want to know is what function I want to use in my code.3. Voice over will read all the spaces of the indentation on an empty line. it will read out "Space Space Space ...". 4. good free tutorial to swift and app kit or bookshare book.

Php is especially annoying in my recent experience since it treats empty strings, 0, and false as the same thing.If you don't take some care, you could have seriously messed up code. Luckily in php7 they added types (which you can optionally use and be strict about it).

Is this what you want to do?This is an example of what you might want to do. This uses an event listener look at the link and at the script tag.For best results, use closer to a modern browser.             Example                Thing to download        SPAM        var specialLink = document.getElementById("specialLink");        var numClicks = 0; //this will count number of clicks        specialLink.addEventListener("click", function() {            if (numClicks>=1) { //if somebody clicked the
  link once, the href attribute will become a random string                specialLink.setAttribute("href", "fe");                 specialLink.setAttribute("aria-disabled");            }            numClicks = numClicks+1;        });

Re: Accessible_output and python 3

Ok thank you. I believe that worked to a degree.I could get the sapi5 module to speak but the one for nvda does not work.Thanks for your input so far. I guess I could work with this. Another solution I was looking into is using the google tts python package. it works, except as far as I can see,  the down side of this is that you have to make an object with the text as a perameter, and the language, and then you would save the file. And I guess I could for my software constantly remake and resave a file, but I have no clue on how much it could impact performance and weather or not you need internet connection for this to work.I plan on making a software to help me draw basic shapes (with labels on them) and one feature I hope to have is the ability to press the arrow keys to go around the screen anouncing coardinates and when a shape is incountered, then I expect the tts to tell me what shape it is and the label if it has any.
