Hello.Here is My view on It:I am interested also on lucid dreaming, but if You try just this method at first and It doesn't work, just not give up.I have practiced overtone/throat singing. Maybe some people knows this method of singing. If not, It is singing, where You sing two or three notes at once. I have experiencing and trying to do overtones, sometimes every day and after many months of practiced I randomly learned, how to do high overtones in sygyt and low overtones (undertones) in kargyraa.
