JAWS ILM code on a computer Hi,Do anyone here know, if it's possible to find an ILM code on a computer with an activated JAWS-license. I recently reinstalled the Windows system on my computer, but I copied all the folders related to JAWS from the old installation, and when I started JAWS, the license was still activated. Because of that, I think the license information must be stored somewhere, atleast for this computer. However, I've found a solution now using GoldWave. I five-dobbel the sampling-rate of the audio, from 48000 to 24, then I set the pitch to 479.52 percent, and then Down to 20 %. Looking for an audio application with a very specific function Hi,I'm looking for a program, which can alther the pitch of audio (boath tempo and pitch, like slowing Down analogue media), with a percentage with three decimals.The reason is, that I have some audio, which I need to slow Down to precisely 95.904 percent.I've tried boath Audacity and Goldwave, but none of them can do it. Audacity can only take one decimal, and Goldwave only two. I also tried something else.I also tried Ffmpeg, but it doesn't appear to have a function to slow the audio Down for real. It has a tempo function, but that doesn't effect the pitch.The reason for doing this is, that I need to convert some audio from Pal to NTSC, which runs at slower rate. They sound almost identical, but with some very minor differences, sutch a slightly different sounding brass section, but given that the quality of the instruments is very poor, I don't think that it matters very mutch.However, all the versions is about 1 MB in size. There's no file with a size of about 13 MB, so I'm very interested in trying that one out. I don't know where this is stored, but the Tyros5 is from 2013, so I'm completely sure that it's not on a mechanical disk. However, the Tyros5 has a 500 GB mechanical harddrive inside for extra storage, but it doesn't need the harddrive to operate. You can connect the Tyros5 to a computer to access the harddrive's content, and formate it without cloning anything. It doesn't hold any important Things for the unit to function. However, I've now found out how to replace. I just needed removed three screws, and the harddrive slided out. However, all the Olympus-models on the marked right now with speech stores the speech audio in a safe place, so it doesn't disappear when you formate the recorder. I would recoment Olympus LS-P4, since it's really good at recording music and ambience. However, it has a few Things that isn't spoken, sutch as Things including numbers and file name. Another small disadvantage, in contrast to older Olympus recorders is, that it only uses one aaa-battery insteat of two, so the recording time is slightly less. However, it's rechargeable if you connect it to a computer.There's also the DM-770, which cost a bit more than the LS-P4. On this recorder, everything is spoken, except file names. But everything with numbers is spoken. However, the sound quality isn't as good as LS-P4 in my upinion. I would not recoment any other Olympus recorders on the marked than those two. Problem with vst midi System Synth Hi,I've got a problem with the vst midi System Synth program.I bought a new computer a few days ago, and installed the program, but when I try to play midi-files through the synth, the sound that comes out is very, very highpitched, and over 1 octave too high.What can I do to fix that?Here is an audio sample of the problem, where you first hear the music played through a soundfont with CoolSoft VirtualMidiSynth, which Works just fine, and then the vst midi System Synth. Also, when I install it Again, it always remember which vsti synth I last loaded, so it must save the settings somewhere, but I can't find out where. Roland Sound Canvas VA: How to use it?
