Since in this game, there's ice cream dealers who sell ice cream as if it were a drug. The entire time you're playing, when you hit an ice cream truck it acts like it's a high from a substance, a sugar high or something, and he's like that was awesome! or something to that affect. Granny asks was it worth it, and he says, worth every lick, which leads me to believe they just ate some of it, and that the whole driving while handcuffed to a steering wheel and blindfolded while getting shot at was worth going through to eat the mother cone. It's going to make them rich because now they can start selling it, or at least that's how I choose to interpret it. Anyway, HTH.
